Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. Agreement and seller

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Campus Society ("Campus Society", "we", "us", "our"), the seller and operator of the ATS HUB platform ("the Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; if you act as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The Service

ATS HUB is a unified API platform that connects applicant tracking systems (such as Workday, Greenhouse and Lever), syncs recruitment data (candidates, jobs and applications), and provides API keys, webhooks, logs and reporting. Access is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected subscription plan.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation:

  • using the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • fraud, spam, or sending unsolicited communications;
  • infringing intellectual property rights of any party;
  • interfering with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service;
  • reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical or plan limits of the Service.

You are responsible for your API keys and account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Data and CV screening

You retain ownership of the recruitment data you submit through the API. You grant Campus Society a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to submit candidate data, for how you use screening outputs, and for verifying their accuracy before making hiring decisions. Screening results may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional or legal judgment.

5. Intellectual property

Campus Society retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, APIs, documentation and branding. These Terms grant no rights to our IP except the limited usage right above.

6. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately; you may request an export of your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Society is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law. You indemnify Campus Society against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

10. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Campus Society is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
