Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on ATS HUB subscriptions sold by Campus Society. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at billing@atsconnecthub.com. Paddle's handling of refunds is described in the Paddle Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. After a refund, your paid subscription may be downgraded to the free plan at the end of the current billing period.
